Keeping your safety is a priority, we will like to advise of the following changes to in-branch services due to the significant increases in COVID -19 cases in the BVI.
Effective Tuesday, January 4, 2022:
Max of 5 customers in the Branch lobby at all times.
Max of 2 "in branch" transactions per person.
The following transaction must be conducted via the following digital service delivery channels, as they will not be accepted in branch:
ABM SERVICES
- Cash withdrawals up to US$3,000.00 (Daily Limit)
- Cash and cheque deposits
- Credit card payments (Account transfers)
- Loan payments (Accounts transfers)
- Account inquiries (balances and mini statements)
- Mobile Top Up
REPUBLIC ONLINE & REPUBLIC MOBILE APP SERVICES
- Transfers between accounts
- Bill payments
- Account inquiries
- Account statements
- Mobile Top Up
