Adjustment in Services

Keeping your safety is a priority, we will like to advise of the following changes to in-branch services due to the significant increases in COVID -19 cases in the BVI.
Effective Tuesday, January 4, 2022:
Max of 5 customers in the Branch lobby at all times.
Max of 2 "in branch" transactions per person.

The following transaction must be conducted via the following digital service delivery channels, as they will not be accepted in branch:

ABM SERVICES

  • Cash withdrawals up to US$3,000.00 (Daily Limit)
  • Cash and cheque deposits
  • Credit card payments (Account transfers)
  • Loan payments (Accounts transfers)
  • Account inquiries (balances and mini statements)
  • Mobile Top Up

REPUBLIC ONLINE & REPUBLIC MOBILE APP SERVICES

  • Transfers between accounts
  • Bill payments
  • Account inquiries
  • Account statements
  • Mobile Top Up
