    • Reward Programme-Cash Back

      Earn Cash Back every time you use your Republic Bank Credit Card! The more you use your Republic Bank Credit Card, the more Cash Back you earn and the more you save!

      Cash Back Rewards will be applied to your credit card account every four (4) months:
      • March
      • June
      • September
      • December

       

      Customers will receive cash back rewards of:
      • 4% at gas stations and grocery stores
      • 2% at pharmacies and drug stores
      • 1% on all other purchases

      Billing Cycle: Your statements will be issued on the 20th day of each month and your due date will be on the 10th day of each month.

    • Contactless Transactions

      The new Contactless feature allows you to conduct purchases with your credit card, without having to give it to anyone to complete your transaction.

      With contactless transactions:
      • Your card never leaves your hand
      • You don't need to touch the point-of-sale terminal
      • It makes the transaction faster

    • Interest Free Credit

      You can get up to 50 days INTEREST-FREE CREDIT, if the outstanding balance is paid in full by the payment due date shown on the principal cardholder's current billing statement. Payment must be paid in full by the payment due date for two consecutive billing statements.

    • Mastercard Global ServiceTM

      If your Republic Bank Mastercard® credit card is lost or stolen while you're travelling, Mastercard® Global Service is ready to assist you, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, in the language you choose.

      Please immediately report the loss by calling the Mastercard® Global Service Centre:

      The Centre will contact Republic Bank to cancel your credit card and help arrange an emergency replacement card for you. Depending on your available credit limit, the Centre may also arrange for an emergency cash advance, if you need it.

    • Concierge Services

      Concierge Service provides personal assistance 24/7/365 to fulfill every cardholder request resourcefully, efficiently and, often, with little touch of magic. We provide global and local service, allowing us to offer all types of assistance, tailored to each cardholder’s reservations, special experiences arrangements, entertainment information and booking, and referrals among others.

    • Mastercard Airport Experience

      Access to Mastercard Airport Experiences provided by LoungeKey, giving you VIP access to 1500 airport lounges in over 400 airports in 120 countries around the world. Mastercard Airport Experiences offer cardholders the opportunity to relax, refresh and escape the common airport headaches as they wait for their flight. (Available from May 7, 2024.)

    • MasterAssist Black

      MasterAssist Black includes everything MasterAssist Plus covers, and also cover emergency medical travel to your home country and cash for hospital charges. Trip must be paid in full with the Mastercard credit card. Medical expenses apply only internationally.

      Cardholders, spouse, domestic partner, and dependent children covered up to 60 consecutive days.

      Medical Expenses: up to USD$ 150,000, other benefits available at different limits.

    • Trip Inconvenience

      Trip Inconvenience coverage helps reimburse expenses incurred due to travel disruptions. Trip must be paid in full with the Mastercard Black credit card.
      -Trip Cancellation up to USD$ 3,000.
      -Trip Delay up to USD$ 200 (over 4 hours).

    • Luggage Protection

      Luggage Protection reimburses Insured persons when luggage they check in for travel on a common carrier is delayed or lost. Trip must be paid in full with Mastercard credit card assistance to locate lost luggage is also available.

      Lost Luggage up to USD$ 3,000.

      Delayed Luggage up to USD$ 600 (over 4hours).

      Coverage is offered on a primary basis.

    • Boingo Wi-Fi for Mastercard Cardholders

      Cardholders are provided free and unlimited access on up to four devices after registering for their Boingo account.

      Enrollment in the Boingo Wi- Fi for Mastercard Cardholders plan is limited to authorized cardholders only.

      Purchase Protection provides reimbursement for theft and/or accidental damage of purchased of the covered.

  • Rates and Fees

    Your Republic Bank credit cards are subject to certain rates and fees. Information on those charges, which are subject to change, is set out below. All fees are in USD.

    What you will need
    Before visiting our branches, ensure you have the following documents:

    Main applicant and each co-applicant on the account
    • Republic Bank Mastercard Black Credit Card Application Form
    • 1 valid photographic Identification - Passport, National Identification card or Drivers Permit (if it is expired it is not valid)
    • Proof of Income e.g. Job letter (not older than 3 months), copy of contract.
    • Most recent payslip (for 2 months)
    • Self employed - up to date Income & Expenditure Financial Statement(s)/tax return(s)
    Proof of address e.g. utility bill
    • Networth: Minimum US $150,000
    • Income: Minimum US$7,500 GMBS
