We advise the following:
- Republic Bank has successfully converted Credit Card accounts to the RFHL technology platform.
- Your new Republic Bank Credit Card comes with a unique Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is provided with your card package.
- This PIN must be used for credit card transactions at Point-of-Sale terminals and ABMs.
FOR YOUR ACTION:
- REMEMBER: Do not use your old pin with your new card.
- Your unique PIN is on the inside of the PIN Mailer (see photo above).
- Open the PIN mailer and you will see your 4-digit unique PIN.
- Memorize the PIN; you can save it somewhere safe. Do not divulge it to anyone.
- If you have more than one new Republic Credit Card, each card will have its own unique PIN.
- If you do not have the PIN issued with your new credit card, please call 1-284-494-4725 (4RBL) or email conversion@rfhl.com for a PIN reprint.
