Tortola, British Virgin Islands, November 15, 2025: Twenty (20) Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) have been empowered to expand and grow their businesses following their participation in the recently concluded 3rd Annual SME Seminar titled Progressing Small Business: Your Growth, Our Mission hosted by Republic Bank at the BVI International Arbitration Centre. Attendees received a series of content-rich presentations and participated in lively discussions to help expansion in a rapidly evolving business environment.
Themed “Progressing Small Business: Your Growth, Our Mission”, attendees explored topics including business tips, digital marketing, cyber security, and financial planning designed to support SME growth.
One of the highlights of the event was business tips delivered by Ms. Shaina Smith – Archer of the British Virgin Islands Chambers of Commerce. Participants were very appreciative of the expert-led session and the interesting interactions during the segment.
The engaged group of participants expressed strong appreciation for the practical insights gained during the seminar, particularly relating to digital marketing strategies, e-commerce tools and securing financing for expansion.
